Responsible for cooking, marinating, cutting, portion controls of meat, fish, and poultry in the kitchen. |
Prepares hot and cold sauces, gravies and soups. |
Maintains recipes standards/ procedures in the production /service of all foods. |
Ensures that high standards of sanitation and hygiene are maintained at all times. |
Prepares, cooks and serves food items particularly Arabic dishes for customers, patients and staff. |
Serves at the dining hall counter and the patient's meal belt as required. |
Follows recipes procedures in the production of all meals/ dishes. |
Checks the quality of meals/ dishes and to ensures that food is attractively presented for servings. |
Operates all equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner and report any defects and/or possible hazards. |
Works in different shifts times and performs duties as required. |
Maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and cleans all work surfaces and used equipment. |
Assists in the formulation of standardized recipes for meals/ dishes. |
Good personal hygiene should be maintained at all times both in grooming and uniform dress codes. |
Executes any other assignments, functions, tasks assigned by the direct supervisor/manager. |
