Policies, Processes and Procedures § Follow and Implement approved functional policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. |
Day to Day Operations § Source, Shortlist and coordinate with vendors to ensure that all restaurant purchasing requirements are met and fulfilled in due time.
§ Review purchase requisition on a daily basis and search for available suppliers from the local market to obtain best prices on required products.
§ Maintain current knowledge of the food and beverage products, trends and industry standards of sourcing and purchasing.
§ Source, review and recommend quotation for assets purchase including but not limited to equipment, service contracts, vehicles, etc.
§ Maintain full documentation of purchase request, purchase orders, Goods receiving notes and invoices in an accurate and timely manner for submission to finance department.
§ Handle restaurant request for maintenance in a timely and prompt manner by sourcing, contacting and coordinating between supplier and restaurant to ensure all maintenance are conducted in an appropriate manner. |
Related Assignments § Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets. Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured. |
