Purpose:
provide documentation and technical support that simplify the work of the team and handle the front office & coordinate with our customers and associates to transact business

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
 processing the projects acquired by the front office include arranging materials or services, tracking delivery of goods, keeping accounts, fixing up appointments, taking feedbacks
 drafting, checking, and various documents required by the management. It includes documents related to team members
 Gather information, check the authenticity, design a format for representation, and prepare the documents.
 make sure the documents adhere to the organizational, legal, and contractual policies.
 Keep track of the economic conditions prevailing in the market & study consumer behavior and conclude what users like and do not like. .
 look after the finances of the team by receiving bills and receipts from them and add the relevant information to the system every week, month, and year. They ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance to the business laws
 Handle Processing of customer orders sent by email/fax
 Verify and complete all team’s administration issues
 Allocation of non-complete requests to respective departments of the company,
 Participating in improvement of processes and tools.
 Perform general office duties
 Answer questions and provide prompt and professional communications on the phone, over the fax, via mail, and one-on-one conversations.
 Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis
