As Administrative, he/she will be a very presentable and well organized and professional presence in the compound offices.
He/She will open, sort, monitor, review and distribute incoming correspondence including postal mail, Email or faxes or any other piece of communication, file and retrieve documents, records and reports, greet, welcome and screen visitors to determine their needs.
He/She will answer and manage all incoming calls or visitors to the compound office, will receive and interact with incoming residents or external clients, and liaise with internal staff when required.
As leasing Coordinator, he/she provides organizational and administrative support for the Leasing and Management staff and is responsible for all administrative activities related to apartment rentals, including auditing advertisements, making appointments (via phone or computer) and preparing lease documentation in accordance with the community’s established policies and procedures.
