• Working closely with the Customer on Delivery and Support.
• Putting together business References for the sales teams to support their proposals.
• Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
• Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
• Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
• Presenting Documentation to customers.
• Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
• An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
• Experience in configuring, integrating, and managing solutions and processes
• Broad understanding of enterprise information technologies: must be able to interpret performance metrics quickly within diverse customer environments and relate them to troubleshooting and capacity planning
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with the ability to address both executive and technical audiences
• Ability to focus on results while working independently when given a broad direction and desired results
• Strong problem-solving skills: must be capable of accurately assessing needs and taking quick action to resolve issues
• Understanding of enterprise security, IT Operations requirements
• Previous experience working for in a similar position would be a strong advantage.
• Meeting projects deadline, working within company diversify team.
