1. Offer Preparation Ensures the preparation of technical and financial aspects of the offer, indicating prices and trading conditions (Technical, commercial & legal aspects are addressed). Lead on screening for BID or not to BID diction, via analyzing the market price to position in winning scenario. Support on Maneging the sales-pipe including identifying the portfolios and marker segments sales are addressing, to provide positive feedback on areas and portfolio missing and room to further growth.
2. Project Activities Analyzes internal project management and project engineering activities to estimate cost. Quantifies hours of engineering and commissioning defined by the operations team.
3. Technology Selection Defines the most suitable technology and product type(s) to be used based on application characteristics. Defines the configuration in accordance with bid commercial needs and requested quality metrics.
4. Risk Analysis Analyzes and evaluates specific technical issues and associated risks (technical, commercial & legal)
5. Information Coordination Manages the first technical inspection to retrieve all the information needed to prepare the proposal. Obtains cost information from relevant internal contacts, including carring site visits to suervy the SoW on jobex.
6. Sales Support Ensures the needed technical support to sales managers during technical meeting with customers.
7. Supplier Selection Identifies potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically evaluates supplier offers for alignment with specifications. Collaborates with supply chain management to coordinate requests of subcontractors.
8. Documentation Collects documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development of supply/order. Standardize the internal sales/proposal documentation to create reusable templets for sales and proposal team. Check lists to guide sales to operation team handover processes.
9. Risk Review Ensures completion of Project Risk Review documentation in accordance Group and internal policies. Coordinates with internal functions the analysis of legal, contractual clauses, risks and costs associated with the project.
