Basic functions:
Responsible maintaining Sales System (SAP S&D Module). Includes compiling all revenue entries to the General Ledger System, preparing account reconciliation and updating revenue information pertaining to Company’s sales in SAP, as needed.
Duties performed:
Enter marketer’s Sales Orders which includes Sales Price and related Logistics Costs in SAP S&D system.
On completion of loading, update the actual QTY loaded in the relevant Sales Order and then prepare and issue sales invoices and send to logistics for their documentation and copy to the marketers / customers.
On a monthly basis, send balance confirmation to all marketers and when reply received, reconcile with balances as per books.
Update sales orders and records all sales remittances for logistics costs in SAP S&D system and generate the debit / credit memos accordingly and send to the marketers. Maintains detailed work papers for each remittance so that an accurate and detailed history of actual costs is maintained for reporting or auditing.
Enter the necessary sales adjustments / reconciliations received from the marketers in SAP S&D system and issue debit / credit memos and send to the marketers.
On weekly basis, review and monitors accounts receivable and follow up with markers / customers to ensure collections of receivables as per payment terms and due date.
Post accounting entries to record sales revenue and related costs in SAP S&D System module with corresponding entries in General Ledger through online interface and manual journal voucher entries when required.
Executes any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Participate in the personnel training and development programs conducted by the company.
Works toward achieving Section/Department objectives on time.
Works toward achieving highest quality standards as per company’s Quality Programs and comply with department’s Standard Operating Procedures and company’s Policies and Procedures.
Complies with all company’s safety procedures, regulations and carries out duties safely enhancing the safety of his group.
