Production Resources optimization
• Manage the production capacity and regular productivity to match with Sales demands.
• Contribute in the establishment of the annual budget for manufacturing.
• Achieve production plan, capacity utilization, availability of material and safety inventory stock with standard cost and planned time.
• Analysis of capacity versus utilization.
• Monitor and control any plan deviation including (production cost, production capacity, stoppages and downtime).
• Discuss and report any plan deviations with intended departments.
• Approve material release order.
Production planning
• Manage production scheduling, material handling and production control activities to achieve production plans matching with sales demand.
• Contribute in trouble shooting if there are any deviations to maintain plan.
• Manage all production planning reports and present it to top management.
• Manage and control a daily meeting with shop floor teams to show what achieved and what remains from monthly production plan.
• Update all related parties with any plan changes to ensure the alignment with all departments.
• Take action when there is any change in any plan priorities as a response to any change in supply and demand.
Development of employee’s performance
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
