تنفيذ الخطط وتنظيم كل الأمور المتعلقة بالمستودع من (خامات ، منتج نهائي ، منتج تحت التشغيل ، والمساحات التخزينية) ورفع تقرير لمشرف المستودعات بالاحتياجات المطلوبة وتنظيم إستلام و دخول وخروج المخزون طبقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة .
Execution of plans and organization of all matters related to the warehouse (raw materials, finished product, operating product and storage areas) and report to the warehouse supervisor on the required requirements and organize the receipt, entry and exit of the stock in accordance with the approved procedures.
استلام وتخزين البضائع الواردة للمستودع والصرف منها وفق النظم والقواعد المتبعة.
Receiving and storing the goods received in the warehouse and discharging them according to the rules and regulations.
ينفذ القواعد الواردة في دليل سياسات وإجراءات المستودعات ومراقبة المخزون المعتمد في الشركة فيما يتعلق باستلام وصرف المواد وتخزينها.
Adhere to/Implement Policies and Procedures for Warehouses and Inventory Control, in regards to receiving/ purchasing and storage of materials shall be implemented.
يفحص البضائع الواردة للمستودع و يطابق مواصفاتها مع المستندات أوالفواتير المرفقة.
Inspect the goods received in the warehouse and match their specifications with the attached documents or invoices.
يستلم ويخزن ويرتب المواد الواردة وفق قواعد التخزين المعتمدة.
Receives, stores and arranges incoming materials in accordance with approved storage rules.
إعداد مستندات الإدخال والإخراج وتسجيلها في سجلات المستودع.
Prepare input and output documents and record them in warehouse records.
يحتفظ بسجلات يدوية أو آلية محدثة عن المستلم والمنصرف والمخزون في المستودع وفق النظم المتبعة في الشركة.
Keeps up-to-date manual or automated records of the recipient, disposition and inventory in the warehouse in accordance with the regulations of the company.
متابعة ارصدة المستودع والمخزون بصفه دورية ومراجعة الاصناف لبيان مدى السحب والوقاية من جعل الموجودات ( قيد التلف او الفقدان او الركود او الضياع ) والعمل على منع هذ الحالات بالطرق الممكنة
Follow up inventory and inventory balances periodically and review items to show the extent of withdrawal and prevention of making assets (under damage, loss, stagnation or loss) and work to prevent these cases in possible ways
يبلغ رئيسه المباشر عن المواد الراكدة أو التالفة ويوصي بالإجراءات اللازمة حيالها.
Report damaged/static materials to his line Manager and recommend the necessary procedures.
إعداد التقارير الإحصائية الدورية عن المستلم والمنصرف والمخزون ويرفعها إلى رئيسه المباشر.
Prepare periodic statistical reports on the recipient, dispenser and the inventory and submit it to his line Manager
يساعد و يشارك لجان الجرد في أعمال الجرد . Assisting / Sharing inventory committee in inventory work

لتخطيط المستمر للمستودع و متابعة كل مايتعلق بالمستودع من نظافة وترتيب ورص ومناولة
Continuous planning of the warehouse and follow-up of everything related to the warehouse from cleanliness, arrangement, handling and handling
يتأكد من تطبيق ضوابط الأمن والسلامة في المستودع.
Ensure that the security and safety controls are applied in the warehouse..
مسئول عن كل ما يتم تكليفه به من أعمال و مسئول عن جميع المستندات التى يحررها أو يراجعها مسئولية كاملة و هو مسئول على عمال المستودع
Responsible for all tasks assigned to him and responsible for all documents that are edited or reviewed by the full responsibility and is responsible for the warehouse workers
يعد تقارير تقييم الأداء للعاملين في المستودع ويقترح التدريب المناسب لهم
Prepare performance management reports for workers, and recommend suitable training for them.
يتأكد من تحديث قواعد بيانات المستودع. Assure updating warehouse data base and records
يرفع تقارير دورية وسنوية عن نشاطات وإنجازات المستودع إلى رئيسه المباشر.
Raising predict / annual reports and activities
يقوم بأية أعمال أخرى يكلفه بها رئيسه المباشر وتقع ضمن طبيعة عمل الوظيفة.
Perform any other work assigned to him by his direct supervisor and fall within the nature of the job
