1. To facilitate team members to respective stands as per the schedule for Operation and Maintenance of PBBs on daily basis.
   
2. To check the tasks/ operations pending to be finished from previous shift on daily basis.
   
3. To coordinate with the Airport Facilities Management for the incidents on circumstantial basis.
   
4. To coordinate with the team to make the inspection of all PBBs on daily basis.
   
5. To evaluate and make assessments for new employees on weekly basis.
   
6. To check around airside if some technicians/ operators are in need of advice for troubleshooting on daily basis.
   
7. To maintain VDGS application from server room, executing applications like adding of new aircraft, removing of new aircraft and reading of logs etc. on daily basis.
   
8. To rectify various types of faults in VDGS like Mirror Error, Auto Calibration Error, Communication Error, View Block and Gate Block etc. on daily basis.
   
9. To meet with the client and other contractors regarding the plan for the day and to give updates on the works finished or pending on daily basis.
   
10. To review all the documents which are sent to the client such as daily reports, undershoots and overshoots, operations daily log… on daily basis.
    
11. To gather all the information, to study the situation and possible solutions, and to inform the different departments affected whenever there is any delay or a problem in any of our equipment that may affect the operations in Airport (preparing and sending an incident report to the client if required) on circumstantial basis.
    
12. To respond to airport emergencies or airport incidents/ accidents related with our staff providing a good and early report to Safety Department on circumstantial basis.
    
13. To Cooperate with the Health and Safety Department to avoid work accidents in order to improve the performance of the mentioned department and to improve the sensitization of workers in this matter on monthly basis.
    
14. To disseminate the information sent by the Administration Department to the staff working in the airside and vice versa on daily basis.
