Maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers, responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned account objectives.
Representing the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers need are met by the company.
Accountable for delivering a broad and deep relationship with our key accounts, ensuring a long term strategic relationship is maintained.
The role requires a strongly motivated person that can meet customer’s expectations and be able to take a hands-on approach to problem solving by using their initiative and available resources to provide customer proposals and solutions.
The role’s key metric is sales contribution and aiming to increase market share and deliver incremental contribution using incentives, initiatives, commitment programs and marketing activity.
Positive attitude to deal with people and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining work priorities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned accounts
•Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
•Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
•Leads solution development efforts that best customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
•Plan and implement projects
•Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
•Collect and manage the project team
•Manage Budget
•Allocate project resources
•Create schedule and project timeline
•Track deliverables
•Support and direct team
•Lead quality assurance
•Monitor and report on project process
•Evaluate and assess the result of project
•Coordinate with all related Designers & ensure all products are specific
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
•Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
•Meets assigned expectations for profitability
•Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
•Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
•Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
•Develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support our current product portfolio but lead the business in improving those products and developing new ones.
•Prepare bespoke strategic plans, encompassing sales, marketing and pricing activities to maximize opportunities and value for both parties.
•Implement and manage strategic activities to deliver increased value for BA (measured by contribution)
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
•Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed
•Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
•Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer and problem resolution.
•This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities in specific customers.
