1. Drive sales and market share of key brands in the market through sharing sales-marketing best practice
2. Setting up action plan designed to increase market share and working with side teams to develop effective marketing and sales plans.
3. Ensuring adequate measures to safeguard the image of the company and the brands represented in all sales, marketing and communication activities.
4. Organize correspondence and meetings with potential customers to plan and review performances of all the sales.
5. Improving market share through rapid penetration of new products, enhancement of existing products, market research & development of new markets
6. Develops short and long term sales strategies, controlling marketing and sales plans with full responsibility to deliver product promises and to achieve agreed sales target and company objectives
7. Monitor the market to identify new prospects for all products’ portfolio, set competitive analysis, identify key opinion leader’s endorsement through continuous field visits
8. Carrying out the promotional strategy according customers’ needs of the current year, and to prepare a strategic reflection for the forthcoming years
9. Delivering customers services whenever needed
10. Achieves market share, maintains products visibility and distribution.
11. Ensure the day-to-day execution of all operational responsibilities through internal assessment of actual sales records
