Build, nurture and lead a team of 18 highly skilled and motivated SMB sales executives in order to meet and exceed team sales targets across regions
Develop a predictable pipeline in the Middle East region via inbound and outbound leads provided by the marketing team and through your own outbound self-generated Enterprise opportunities
Use Organization Apps to demonstrate our product capabilities to potential Enterprise clients in person or via web access
Effectively deliver Organization value proposition both in terms of technical and business benefits by showing a throughout knowledge of the market and Organization offering.
Negotiate contracts with enterprise clients, working closely with the sales management and the Finance and Contracts department
Personal responsibility and careful processing of RFP´s (Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFP’s.)
Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide on-going feedback to other areas of the organization
Weekly team pipeline reporting using Salesforce CRM to provide accurate and data-based reporting to the Regional Sales Director
Follow the established sales process and improve on this
5+ years of innovative, exponential growth SaaS Sales organizations
2+ years as sales team leader
