MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Will take responsibility for leading all aspects of developing; implementing and maintaining agreed QHSE and other operating standards across the Contract. Working as part of an integrated team linking with Site Business Managers; unit staff teams, and client site/HSE and Quality Control and assurance representatives dedicated to the contract.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct the QHSE teams to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of QHSE rules.
• Review and analyses QHSE team results.
• Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards
• Manage the internal audits periodically according to the internal audit plan.
• Ensure compliance with current QHSE national laws.
• Review QHSE plans for the new projects and advise project management in assessing the QHSE risks.
• Follow up and analyzing NCR cases to verify the corrective actions regarding the Root causes.
• Manage QHSE performance periodically.
