• To manage and lead a team of skilled and experienced engineers, technicians to deploy to end Automatic Meter Infrastructure (AMI) smart points, in-home-displays, installation tools, head-end systems, and more. The candidate will also work closely with area managers, project manager, and SW Engineering team to insure delivery of end to end solation utilizing WFMS.

• Build and motivate teams, led by example for cross-team collaboration with people internal and external to the organization.
• 
  
• Lead change management within the deployment if needed.
• 
  
• Lead project startup activities and manage implementation through operational turnover.
• 
  
• Communicate effectively with business partners, clients and team members on the status of project implementation timelines, risks, issues and problem resolution.
• 
  
• Manage implementation & integration of AMI device and HES
• 
  
• Strong collaboration and teamwork to seamlessly work into the larger deployment teams and across multiple teams to assess issues and problems and degloving solutions.
