Principles Accountability:
- Measures and Reports CSR initiatives:
Assist in implementation of annual KPIs
- Provide CSR Manager with weekly reports on activities and a summary of activities for CSR contribution to Monthly report.
- Compile monthly report and present to CSR Manager.
- Drafts all news related to CSR activities and communicates bilingual –English and Arabic- final news to Corporate Communications regularly
Manages the execution of Rawabi Holding Internship program.
- Carries out Rawabi Holding Career Guidance programs and activities within schools and universities.
-Collects data and finalizes GRI yearly report with support of CSR Manager and in coordination with other third parties involved within and outside the group.
- Maintains established partnerships and manage contacts with them.
- Promotes the true value and impact of CSR work and ensure all employees engagement .
- Update CSR Manager on emerging trends and issues as well as ongoing research and developments in CSR field.
- Tracks correspondence with local government authorities, regional offices, schools and universities, etc.
- Stores and procure all CSR programs material and items.
-Monitors Rawabi Holding activities so they are in line with established CSR requirements
Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
Job Purposes:
- The Senior CSR officer is responsible for assisting in planning and implementing the Rawabi Holding CSR Strategy, measurement of effectiveness, and reporting.
- The Senior CSR officer will assist the CSR Manager in engaging stakeholders, measuring and reporting Rawabi Holding’s CSR efforts and keeping an eye on the market for emerging trends.
- The CSR officer will assist the CSR Manager in managing the youth empowerment, community investment, corporate community service and social and environmental performance monitoring programs.
- The CSR officer will actively monitor the application of a socially responsible work environment across the Group.
