Our client is a Transport Industry Leader and currently working on the Riyadh Metro Project. They are looking for a Site Project Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
1. Overall: The Site Project Manager combines technical, organization and management knowledge to support the project and/or service offered. He leads and drives the Project local operations and control: Time & Cost vs approved Schedule &Budget;
• Risks and Opportunities and bring mitigation action plan;
• Interface and liaison with customer and consultant local teams (support to Global PM);
• QCD objectives and process follow-up;
• Installation Sub-Contractor and On-site team management (~x5 people);
• That work is carried out according to HSE policies and local legislations;
• The monitoring of system reliability and performance control during DLP.
2. Respect QCD and Increase efficiency respecting existing approved processes.
• Prepare and Conduct the weekly and monthly project reviews for the installation SoW, internally and with the Client;
• Ensure QA is properly implemented for the project;
• Propose and Drive the improvement action plan when needed.
3. Builds, validates and follows up the planning and work breakdown structure of the installation works, including the deliveries, planning according to the customer needs.
4. He is the local representative of the Global Project Manager and assists him whenever needed.
