Job Title: Service Engineer (Mechanical)
Division: Food & Beverage
Location: KSA based but once a month may be travelling to other GCC locations also.
Reports to: KSA Service Manager
My client is an international manufacturing and industrial equipment supplier specialising in flow control and processing technologies.
With operations across the GCC and growing demand for high quality products in the dairy and food sector they are looking to grow the KSA team.
The Service Engineer will deliver pre and post-sale services on site, including installation, maintenance, site surveys and repair of products. The job holder will take ownership of all aspects of assigned projects and will travel as necessary to ensure all service jobs are completed to the Customers satisfaction.
The Service Engineer will have extensive knowledge of Food, Dairy, Beverage & Hygienic Process Industry products and services and will use this to perform surveys and to generate BOQ, SOW, quotations as well as to advise Customers about preventative maintenance and alternative configurations which will improve the performance of the products and possibly extend the life span of the products.
The Service Engineer will be based in KSA, however will be required to regularly travel to other locations in the Middle East. The Service Engineer will work proactively and independently and will require minimal guidance on a day to day basis but will openly ask questions and seek advice and guidance where necessary.
