Saudi Nationals Only - A Leading multinational oil field service company currently has an opportunity for an Senior Applications Engineer to join their growing team of talented professionals. The organisation is one of the largest in the region and provides innovative solutions, technology and services to the oil and gas industry.
The opportunity will provide the Applications Engineer with a number of significant responsibilities and challenging projects that will make a direct impact in the industry. The successful candidate will need to provide technical services and support for designated product applications, represent company on designated products for completions and interact with IOC’s, NOC’s and third parties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of the company and its clients.
• Provide regional technical services and application engineering support for designated product to clients and other business units within the company.
• Assist local operations with the introduction of designated products into the domestic markets.
• Prepare and review well schematics and detailed procedures as per client’s requirements
• Investigate on operational failures related to design issues and interact with global engineering team for clarifications and design improvements
• Manage and directly supervise special projects and suppliers as assigned by management.
• Represent the company and product line’s best interest in a professional manner at client and industry meetings and social events.
• Provide marketing support as required.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
• Keep up to date with completion technology and industry developments.
• Be able to work with other products lines for systems approach.
