Job summary: Using demonstrable technical knowledge and basic sales skills, deliver support to Sales Engineers on the specific range of products offered by Sherbiny Holdings in general to facilitate the achievement of sales targets and individual objectives.
Main job responsibilities:
As a minimum, support achievement of sales targets as agreed with the Sales Manager.
Receive RFQs and develop quotations for review by senior sales staff.
Monitor and react to client portals.
Assist in the resolution of issues, advising on product and service choices, and update account statuses.
Provide quality and timely support to Sales Engineers in the form of collecting technical information, selection of products, preparing calculations and commercial proposals.
Provide up to date information on current sales opportunities, quotations and orders to the management.
Ensure all quotations are followed up with the client.
Ensure maximal customer satisfaction by providing the best services to them.
