1.As a Sales Manager, you'll combine technical knowledge with sales skills.
2.Technical knowledge of Low Current Systems (Access control, CCTV, Fire alarm, Public Address, A/V systems,…)
3.Achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with the strategic business plan.
4.Managing team of sales engineers in all 3 provinces.
5.Understand the tenders and contracts terms
6.Contact and secure new business as well as maintain and grow existing business
7.Negotiating to close the deals with clients
8.Making technical presentations, demonstrate products and services and assist prospective end-user, in the selection of those best suited to their needs.
9.Liaising with other members of the sales & technical team.
10.Review and Approve quotations/proposal
11.Ensure After-sales support services
12.Preparing sales and collection weekly reports for General Manager.
13.Investigate product issues and complaints in accordance with company policies.
14.Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the Corporation.
