. Assist in the design and development of the department Sales and Marketing Plan; Analyzing costs & Sales.
. Approach potential customer for the purpose of initiating sales
. Respond to all incoming (department) sales inquiries and maintain the sales database and pipeline
. Organize sales visits as and when required
. Develop long-term relationships with customers, through management and interpretation of their requirements
. Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations
· Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the customer as well as the company needs
· Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product/service education
· Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
· Follow up on collections
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report
· Support company marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, etc., when requested
