We are currently hiring for Sales / Business Development Manager for expanding our TA Services, HR Services and Technology services in predominantly in Middle Eastern and UAE Markets. Currently we have our offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and India, and the plan is to grow globally

Position: Sales / Business Development Manager – IT, ITES, Telecom Sectors
Job Locations: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Doing Market Mapping and Identifying Business Opportunities in KSA, Global and predominantly in Middle East Market.
Connecting to Potential Clients thru' various Marketing Methods. Development of new / existing business for all the verticals of our services / solutions.
Innovative approach to generate business and build long term relationships with existing & potential clients.
Creating new business opportunities for Contract Staffing, RPO & Permanent Staffing for International and / or Domestic.
Preparing and Submitting Business Proposals. Giving presentations and creating business proposals to the clients Preparing Business Development Plan for the year.
Ideal candidate will fulfil the below requirements With recruitment/staffing & HR services business development background Specific experience of managing IT and Telecom clients in the GCC region with specific experience in KSA a must With experience in selling technology products/solutions would be preferred.
Should have handled 25M-35M SAR as annual sales target.
Proven ability to consistently achieve set targets is key for this position Self driven, entrepreneurial and will do attitude key for success in the rolw .
Willing to work in a startup with the motivation to build the organization as the best in the industry.
Has a flair for numbers and is excited about solving business challenges using data.
Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Research and identify target markets for prospective business opportunities.
Create and manage lead funnel for business growth.
Outspoken and enthusiastic self-starter who can boost productivity, cut costs, foster efficiency, and ensures profitability.
Excellent analytical skills and presentation capability.
Strong ability to collaborate with others. Strong skills in developing teamwork involving a multidisciplinary approach with staff.
Mental ability to deal with complex situations and individuals in distress .
