1. Review on daily basis the tidiness and display of the products in the branch to ensure the availability of the required items and that the items are distributed in a way that attract the customers specially the outdoor display.
2. Issue the daily report which includes the daily sales from gold and diamond, the gold sold in terms of weight, daily sales from gold and diamond to be delivered to the GM Commercial after the coordination and review with the finance department.
3. Track the daily sales of the sold items by identifying the best seller items of the gold and diamond products to maximize the UPT (Unit per Transaction).
4. Deal with the customers in terms of selling the products, negotiating the discounts based on the set discount limits to achieve the sales targets.
5. Communicate to the Retail Branch Supervisor the customers’ feedback regarding the new collections or ordering new designs which are not within L’azurde products range to achieve the sales target.
6. Review on daily basis the system with the actual stock including the new stock delivered from the plant and the current items to ensure the accuracy of the system.
7. Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive results by discussing and solving problems/ issues with other departments
