Role Purpose:
To plan, manage and ensure implementation of workforce planning and recruitment activities for Holdco; and work with heads of departments/sections at the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure adherence of uniform recruitment policies and processes.
DUTIES PREFORMED:
1. Assist in developing the Group’s workforce planning and recruitment strategies in consultation with the VP- Human Resource to support the workforce requirement of Holdco’s overall business strategy & objectives.
2. Assist Manager - Recruitment in planning and managing the development of workforce planning and recruitment policies and procedures in conjunction with the different Heads of Divisions/Sections of SBUs and in accordance with strategic requirements of the Group as well as in compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
3. Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
Recruitment & Selection:
1. Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates; coordinating and attending career fairs at select universities
2. Screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial
screening interviews, both telephone and personal; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria
3. Assisting Manager – Recruitment in analyzing the workforce requirement of Holdco and SBUs and formulate annual workforce planning.
4. Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
5. Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs.
6. Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
7. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
8. Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Line Manager.
9. Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
10. Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
11. Conducts new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options.
12. Prepares employment contracts, Offer letters.
Vendor & e-recruitment Management:
1. Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower
2. Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies in arranging job fairs, hiring programmes.
3. Administers job portals, e-recruitment tools, professional networking portals to maximize hiring
