À propos de notre client

Our client is a global and reputed actor specialised in railway works. In the scope of its activities in North Africa, we are looking for a Project Director (M/F) in Egypt.

Description du poste

Based in Cairo, you report to the General Management and act as Group lead for good control and achievement of a railway project in consortium.

In line with this role, you will be expected to fulfill the following assignments :

• Representing the Group with local authorities and within the partnership in place which has been mandated for the project set up as a joint venture,
• 
  
• Managing the teams in place assigned to the project which includes foremen, team managers and operators as well as setting objectives hierarchy for operational managers,
• 
  
• Driving the project from start to finish by making sure that Contract Authority requirements are respected by the entire staff and by the different stakeholders at all stages of the project : employees, providers, sub-contractors etc.
• 
  
• Ensuring that project budgeting is aligned with forecast by the mean of regular reporting while arbitrating technical directions and uniting all stake holders around the success of the project within timeline,
• 
  
• Representing the Group towards private actors in Egypt in the scope of business development.
•
