The Vendor Management Senior Specialist will be responsible for coordinating between internal stakeholders/customers and third parties for the provision of Vendors services across the NHC Group.
Job Role
• Sourcing new vendors and pre-qualification vendors.
• Vendors qualification and Identification of suitable vendors.
• Maintains the relationship with a network of Vendors, ensuring the services and products provided to the users meet the highest quality standards.
• Notifies vendors of changes to the business. Keeps strategic suppliers informed of additional business opportunities.
• Generates and maintains vendor pre-approval list and black list.
• Appraisal and evaluate vendors, develop annually formalities evaluation for inclusion on, or deletion from the master bidders list, as business demand.
• Reviews the market to understand competitive offerings and look for better deals to ensure NHC is getting maximum value from its vendors
• Adhere to the Procurement processes, procedures, guidelines, policies and tools and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Support vendor management.
• Maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders across the NHC Group, and contribute to instilling a culture of trust and transparency with internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth and constructive business interactions
• Develop timely and accurate reports as required to meet company and department requirements
• Review Vendors and obtain clarifications from internal customers if required
• Follow up with service providers to ensure that the service/good is provided to the internal customer
• Contribute to the resolution of issues raised by both internal customers and external parties providing services
• Support the Team Leader – Vendor management in establishing and amending Vendors with third party service providers, in coordination with Procurement, to provide the Vendors management to the Group
• Support the Team Leader – Vendor management in managing the relationships with service providers involved in the provision of Vendors services
• Provide input and support – Vendors management Team Leader in assessing the performance of third-parties involved in the provision of services to the Group.
