The Contracts Management Senior Specialist will be responsible for coordinating between internal stakeholders/customers and third parties for the provision of Contracts services across the NHC Group.
Job Role
• Drafting and Reviews standard and nonstandard contracts drafts and necessary documents.
• Reviews Finance, Internal Audit, respective Dept., Legal remarks and submits comments to ensure that necessary amendments that protect the Corporation interest are incorporated.
• Negotiates and / or participates in the negotiations of all contracts.
• Monitors market trends on prices of goods and continuously explores possibilities of more competitive prices from Suppliers.
• Review complaints received from contractors or respective departments on the proper implementation of contract.
• Documenting and archiving all contracts in hard copies and uploaded in system.
• Adhere to the Procurement processes, procedures, guidelines, policies and tools and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Support vendor relationship management
• Maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders across the NHC Group, and contribute to instilling a culture of trust and transparency with internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth and constructive business interactions
• Develop timely and accurate reports as required to meet company and department requirements
• Review Contracts and obtain clarifications from internal customers if required
• Follow up with service providers to ensure that the service/good is provided to the internal customer
• Contribute to the resolution of issues raised by both internal customers and external parties providing services
• Support the Team Leader – Contracts in establishing and amending contracts (preferably long-term) with third party service providers, in coordination with Procurement, to provide the Contracts services to the Group
• Support the Team Leader – Contracts in managing the relationships with service providers involved in the provision of Contracts services
• Provide input and support – Contracts Team Leader in assessing the performance of third-parties involved in the provision of services to the Group, with the assistance of the Procurement Manager.
