• Build and develop the procurement department and develop plans.
• 
  
• Provide the needs of each section of raw materials and the appropriate budget.
• 
  
• Build and develop an annual plan for the needs of the necessary raw materials.
• 
  
• Permanent search for new suppliers of raw materials used in manufacturing or operating.
• 
  
• Procuring, comparing and selecting the best from suppliers.
• 
  
• Manage negotiations with suppliers regarding product quality, prices, specifications, discounts, penalty conditions, returned goods, delivery mechanism, discounts, payment method and duration, etc., and follow up the termination of contracts with them.
• 
  
• Building the various structures and models used in the procurement department.
• 
  
• Keep internal and external purchase order files, quotations, contracts, forms used in the department and internal correspondence that belong to the department.
• 
  
• Review and respond to suppliers' offers in a positive or negative manner.
• 
  
• Follow-up changes in the prices of raw materials every day.
• 
  
• Follow-up delivery of approved materials to sites.
• 
  
• Contact with the requesting party for the goods and follow-up with the suppliers to ensure delivery of the goods/materials required in a timely manner and in the appropriate manner.
• 
  
• Annual assessment of suppliers, classification and extension of their accreditation.
• 
  
• There are goods imported from abroad that require at least two months before the stock enters into force.
• 
  
• Reporting to G.M in all these matters.
•
