The Import specialist/project coordinator's responsibilities can vary greatly according to the size and type of assigned tasks. So, we are looking for someone who likes challenges and has great attention to detail.

Capable of anticipating and improvising so as fulfill unexpected users needs & communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Communicating with suppliers, problem solving, connecting info between suppliers and the other local departments.
Checking and following up with suppliers about the production schedule.
Ensuring all payments made in time and following up receipts.
Contacting the shipping lines for the best freight and best service.
Tracking all orders/shipments since production in factory until delivery at warehouses (including ordering, production, shipping, etc.) and preparing the related reports
Following up with the customs clearance agent . Preparing all documents and files needed for clearance and delivery.
Administer all inbound shipments and process same to ensure smooth transactions for all overseas goods and maintain the accuracy of all financial information.
Document and process all orders and ensure compliance to all customs laws and regulations and work according to SOP and analyze all supplier performance and manage communication with suppliers and maintain high standards of all service delivery.
Develop and ensure implementation of all import policies and recommend changes to all service providers if required and monitor all transitions between suppliers.
Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity l purchases, inventory imported and exported
Analyzing changes in product cost regarding certificate of origin, manufacturing , methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
Analyzing actual import & custom costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
Recording cost information for use in future purchases and make estimates of new and proposed product costs
Reviewing label text according to specifications
