• Cultivating the company’s reputation in the market & with customers & suppliers.
• Involved in planning & organizing the organization’s activities to achieve targets.
• Responsible for the Profit & Loss responsibility for the business.
• In charge of leading, motivating and developing the management team. Liaising with officials of government departments and regulatory bodies.
• Managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting priorities.
• Developing business plans and preparing comprehensive business reports.
• Improving margins and maintaining a high quality service to clients.
• Assist in the design and development of the department Sales and Marketing Plan; Analyzing costs & Sales.
• Approach potential customer for the purpose of initiating sales
• Respond to all incoming (department) sales enquiries and maintain the sales database and pipeline
• Organize sales visits as and when required
• Develop long term relationships with customers, through management and interpretation of their requirements
• Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the customer as well as the company needs
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product/service education
• Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
• Follow up on collections
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report
• Support company marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, etc., when requested
