SRS are currently assisting a leading environmental consulting company with the appointment of a client-facing Environmental Project Manager with significant experience and a proven track record in delivery of a range of environmental consulting services for a large environmental baseline survey project.
The succesful applicant will be responsible for ensuring a comprehensive, systematic approach is adopted to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time. The Project Manager will assume overall responsibility for the delivery of a large environmental baseline assessment project for the expansion of the industrial city of Yanbu, located on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia, and regulated by the Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu.
Your key responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be a core part of the leadership team and be focused on managing the relationship with key clients from project inception to completion. You will work closely with the business development, financial, legal and project delivery teams to ensure that a full assessment of the project timelines, budgets, regulatory approvals and risks to project success are evaluated from the outset and clearly communicated to all stakeholders. The PM will be expected to play a hands-on role in the delivery of projects, including the mentorship and review of work undertaken by junior colleagues and oversee the preparation and presentation of project reports & outcomes to clients.
As part of your close relationship with clients you will be alert to potential further work opportunities and ensure that the business creates an effective response to translate these into revenue.
