• Responsible for all online activities
• Digital Marketing activity for website including traffic generating
• Monthly sales traffic achievement
• Create and maintain an online business plan
• Must be constantly track competitors and stay up-to-date of sales comparison data
• Convey a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the web
• Managing multiple tasks at once, supervising others, and merging innovation with technology based sales are regular duties of this position
• The e-commerce manager is ultimately responsible for reporting to top executives about income generation and recommending new promotions to increase sales
• Work with internal and external resources for creation of marketing assets including banner ads, promos, email blasts.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and user experience, best practices, experience managing e-commerce stores and promotions.
• Negotiating with social media organizations for the more cost effective way to market and promote products and services is an important duty of this position
• Analyse online business performance and prepare sales report
• Measure key operations metrics, identify improvement opportunities, implement and evaluate results with metrics
• Continuously evaluating and improving processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of picking and shipping orders
• Work closely with Customer Experience team to quickly resolve customer support issues
• Ensure the effective delivery of the Commercial strategy through the Executive team.
• Manage day to day site operations including relationship with ECP partner
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Improve the existing procedures for outgoing and incoming resources and track inventory for the warehouse department
• Develop and adhere to operations budget
