Your Role: You would be required to lead the strategic human resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture. Emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards and goal attainment. Initiates implementation of services, policies, and programs. Key areas of responsibility would be to Develop and lead the implementation of HR strategies for the company, Drive a performance culture across the organization by ensuring goals & objectives are set across the organization, Drive and ensure the mechanism of measuring productivity of employees in line with organizational goals. Lead the transfer of knowledge & best practices throughout the organization, Advocate the company values, ethics, policies & systems & act as the custodian of the culture, ensuring relevant tools are available, Design, direct and manage company-wide processes of organization development ,Direct the process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design and Human Capital planning throughout the organization. Reporting to the Managing Director of the business you would lead a team of professionals.
