We are looking for a Compensation and benefits executive to oversee and administer the employees perfect rewards smart benefits, Rewarding ERP system, Payroll Process, job analysis and evaluation. You will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.
Daily responsibilities and duties of compensation and benefits specialists include:
• Manage & review monthly payroll.
• Support & participate in preparation company salary scale.
• Review and issue all papers related to employees’ salary.
• Maintain employees’ services and benefits.
• Develop company benefits’ and compensation plans.
• Prepare annual increase based on PMS system.
• Participate in preparation and implementation of department targets and KPI’s.
• Ensuring accuracy of employees data on ERP system.
• Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis.
• Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications.
• Rewarding employees according to the reward program.
• Collaborating with outside vendors, such as investment brokers and benefits vendors.
• Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies)
