Job Purpose:
The Administrative Support Supervisor is responsible for all Support Services provided services to customers in each sector.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Supervise the execution of the department’s objectives, initiatives, plans, policies and procedures.
2 Focal point for any requirement for airports, the sector’s employees and SSD.
3 Supervise the day to day activities and operations of employees and ensure their adherence to the guidelines and responsibilities assigned to them and that all activities are being conducted properly.
4 Provide reports for all services provided and performance to SSD.
5 Direct contact between the Customer in the sectors and Support Services Departments.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1Responsible of building maintenance, Janitorial & landscape contracts.
2 Responsible of the transportation, car pool and parking space.
3 Responsible of office furniture requirement and delivery, office supplies and teaboy services.
4 Responsible of meeting rooms and class rooms reservation.
5 Responsible of security services and entrance clearance.
6 Responsible of IT services.
7 Responsible of inventory, and the materials requesting and delivery.
