Responsible for the décor and immaculate upkeep of all Outlets
o Ensures standardized operations throughout the outlet, including displays, menus, and
uniforms.
o Must possess full product knowledge so as to undertake event bookings, correspondence
and provide correct quotations to customers.
o Allocates shifts and organizes service personnel to adequately mange the guests’ traffic
during business hours.
o Reports to work on a daily basis at the prescribed time in the correct attire.
o Organize, lead and motivate the Boutiques’ Service Teams.
o Completes boutiques’ operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to
their shifts/duties and follows up on the results of the work undertaken.
o Ensures the operating system is updated with all necessary information regarding the
customers’ history: event history, menu items and menu items description.
o Ensures that all service personnel are knowledgeable regarding the products and services
provided.
o Ensures that when dealing with customers, all staff provide a positive experience either in
person or via the telephone, according to the prescribed etiquette of customer service.
o Will maintain high level of professionalism and responsibility whiles dealing with clients,
keeping in perspective their needs and the capability of LAP to fulfill their requirements.
These meetings may be conducted over the telephone, through sales calls or during visits to
clients’ homes.
o Conduct daily morning briefings, so as to discuss key points as required, eg a new product on
offer.
o Trains and audits staff knowledge periodically to maximize their potential and help in
achieving best results.
o Ensures all staff are in the correct uniform, and are clean, neat and tidy.
o Ensure all staff follow the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
o Attends periodic back-of-house training to familiarize him/herself with new products and
services.
o Keeps abreast of the latest industry trends and developments and uses such information to
drive the Boutique forward.
o Must speak either English or Arabic. These are the two languages to be spoken in the
Boutique.
o Ensures the availability of products and services, by maintaining inventories and daily orders.
o Secures the Company’s reputation by following all products and service measurements.
o Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
o Maintains customer service satisfaction and standards by following-up on all comments and
taking the necessary direct corrective action as appropriate.
o Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing all Company Policies and
Procedures.
o Treat guests and colleagues from all backgrounds with professionalism, respect and
sensitivity towards their individual cultures and heritages.
o Assists management with upcoming projects in Bahrain, the GCC and Saudi Arabia, which
may include traveling with the LAP team, for various periods of time, to undertake such
work.
o Ensure all Human Resources administrative tasks are completed as required.
