Study contract & specification for developing/assisting QIP’s for project to meet customer’s expectation/requirements comprehensively.
• Take responsibilities to develop written and draft the WPS/PQR (For mechanical discipline).
Codes & Specifications
• Ensure that all relevant codes and/or specifications are applied at Project and only current documents are in use, in accordance with Master Lists of Documents.
Inspection
• Oversee on-going inspections at site.
• Liaison with other departments for smooth inspection activities at site.
Audits & Plans
• Preparation of site internal audit programmes & aligned with Customer.
• Preparation of Site specific health, safety & Environment plans and site specific procedures
• Manage site based internal and external (Customer) audits / Inspections and prepare audit reports, including Camp.
• Manage project close out of NCR’s and CAR’s. .
Subcontractor/Supplier Evaluation
• Provide assistance to Subco /Procurement for technical evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers as per laid down policies/instructions in the light of assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure that, procedures, method statements and QIP’s are followed at site.
Management System
• Ensure that, procedures, method statements and QIP’s are followed at site.
• Conduct & assist in IMS (Integrated Management System) awareness programs at project.
QHSE Policy
• Owns and share company’s QHSE Policy, vision & mission, core & operating values to ensure their implementation at all work places.
