1.Ensures the operation of all relevant technical systems and regular inspection of plants & other technical operation.
2.Ensures that the preventive maintenance program is implemented according to schedule.
3.Recommends any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement.
4.Works out a systematic maintenance plan.
5.Ensures the responsible administration and management of M & E services and property management.
6.Ensures the implementation of energy audit and utility
conservation measures
7.Supervises team of technicians in specialized areas.
8.Initiates and recommends major repairs and modification works and other programs to improve performance of common services.
9.Assists with the training of engineering staff on emergency response procedures during crisis, especially power failure; lift malfunction,
and / or natural calamities such as earthquake, flood, typhoon.
10.Ensures all term contractors’ works meet the scope, terms and conditions as specified and agreed in the maintenance/works contract
11.Ensures efficient installation, maintenance and overhauls.
12.Executes program of Energy Conservation.
13.Resolves emergency breakdowns within assigned shift.
14.Contributes to effective internal control systems.
15.Resolves problems concerning assigned areas of specific technical responsibilities.
16.Makes recommendation for any adjustment/ modification regarding to the system improvement as necessary.
