We were engaged by them to recruit Sales engineer professionals to fuel their further growth.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients primarily in the Oil&Gas and Petrochemicals industries.
- Act as key point of contact for clients in order to provide outstanding pre- and after-sales service.
- Maintain and further deepen product and service knowledge by attending trainings and conferences.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers, producing product and sales presentations to ensure their familiar with the entire product and service portfolio of the Company.
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
- Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to inform them about product specifications, pricing, availability, and advantages.
- Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments.
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Provide information needed for the development of custom-made machinery.
- Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, convincing them about how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFP responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Draft user documentation for products in the portfolio.
- Diagnose problems with installed equipment.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the operation, and maintenance of equipment.
