We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong digital media buying background to develop, lead, manage and optimize the day-to-day customer acquisition strategy to drive growth across all digital channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns). The primary goal of this position is to create dynamic brand- building experiences and build and maintain the start-up Brand’s digital presence while increasing revenue opportunities through e-commerce channels, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ownership of all paid digital media channels including social, display, email, native, search and affiliate
● Strong track record of building, managing and optimizing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
● Develop and execute the digital media plan for customer acquisition to drive growth and KPIs
● Conceptualize creative for the digital marketing campaigns and work with the
designers, photographers, and copywriters to create required advertisements and materials.
● Work closely with tech team to create landing pages and microsites as well as A/B
testing on the acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates
● Create an internal email marketing strategy to convert non-buying email leads into
paid customers
● Identify trends and insights on social performance and trending topics
● Manage promotions and discounts across advertisements to improve acquisitions and increase average order value on new customers
● Produce daily, weekly and monthly acquisition reports to analyze the campaign's performance, ROI, and KPIs
● Optimize campaigns daily to drive down customer acquisition costs and increase the volume of new customers acquired
● Leverage knowledge across platforms to apply learnings from one channel to another.
● Other responsibilities as assigned
