1. Preparation of the Product wise profitability reports for all product clusters.
2. Complete responsible for the Budgets and forecast preparation and analysis in detail with the cross functional teams. Allocating the same to all the departments.
3. Monthly preparation of “Analysis on change (AOC)” of price for materials.
4. Analysis of Cost of Goods Sold variance accounts and drill down the major contributors viz., Work in Process, Purchase Price Variance etc.
5. Calculating of the "purchase saving" from the purchases and reporting the same in regular reporting and forecasting.
6. Closely working with the plant operations team and Working on the "plant saving" in the plant operations and reporting the same in financials.
7. Closing of the Monthly "Production work orders" and running the cost rollup in standard and current cost in ERP System.
8. Preparing and reporting of the FLASH on monthly basis in plant level.
9. Reconciliation of the FIFO Vs Inventory Valuation and analysing the impact on the books and advice to team to pass the necessary entries as well.
10. Preparation of the product wise profitability reports on the different parameters based on the "purchasing, commercial and operations" activity levels.
11. Monthly reconciling of the SALES AND COGS with the Trial Balance.
12. Participation in the budget preparation and forecasting the values on regular basis to finding out the variances and reporting the same.
13. Preparation of the "Cost and Statutory Audit Schedules" on yearly basis.
14. Core implementation of the costing in the entire plant level and putting the internal controls where ever required.
