Main responsibilities are the following:
Drive annual business plans preparations in terms of:
Developing Strategic objectives of the service unit.
Defining meaningful KPI for the selected objectives of service units.
Defining needed initiatives to achieve selected objectives.
Initiatives management (project management) to ensure excellent execution.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support performance of service units
Continues analysis on operational performance using ERP (SAP) system, dashboards and other Microsoft applications.
Timely highlight possible plan deviations/ risks to planning head & ensure preventive/corrective actions have been implemented.
Committee Management
Organize committee annual meetings calendar, agenda, and plans.
Note meeting minutes and ensure agreed actions and decision are implemented.
Highlight possible synergies/conflict chances across different committees and functions.
Preferable to have post graduate qualification, e.g. MBA, Balanced Scorecard, PMP.
Preferable to have experience in HR field.
Business Planning Specialist will be the support arm for business planning manager in driving strategic business plans preparation, execution and achievement.
