Job description:-
• Prepare to work in any city in the Kingdom.
• Previous experience of not less than four years in the same field.
• Increase the customer base of the company.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining ongoing relationships with customers and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Communicating with the customers to identify his current and future requirements.
• Communicate & sending the data to managers.
• Prepare quotations and presentations to clients
• Negotiation of several aspects of the supply price, quantities & payments type.
• Follow-up with all respects departments to complete customer service process with professionalism.
• Adding new customers.
• Receiving customer complaints about the products to the relevant department and following to provide the customers with the solutions.
• Communicating with the client and the maintenance department of the product for after sales service.
• Collecting competitor’s info.
• Updating database customers and competitors.
• Submit periodic reports on the direct sales, customer’s visits to the direct manager.
• Support the direct manager for any related sales tasks assigned.
