Main Purpose
Provide accurate, reliable and timely product costing. Provide accurate and timely reports on factory floor efficiency variances and assist in the month-end process ensuring that stocks are accurately reflected in the accounts and the physical counts are done according to policies and procedures of the company
Responsibilities
Prepare the daily transactions of the raw materials and packaging materials and returns of raw materials and packaging from the SAP, record in the Excel Sheet and verify the pricing of these quantities after crosschecking.
Match the actual balances of inventory with book balances on the system and analyse deviations in quantities.
Validate the value of all current stocks on hand in all relevant locations; this refers to valuation and the integrity of the corresponding balance sheet representation of raw materials and packaging.
Perform continuous reviews of the adequacy of stock provisions in respect of faulty, aged or obsolete stock items.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies relating to stock management and assist in maintaining proper documentation of internal controls as required.
Prepare entries issuance to R&D, Export, Trial, Execution, Loading expense ………..etc.
Review and insure accurate transfer of shipments from Edita to Digma.
