• Communicates any changes in personnel or training in a timely fashion.

• Provides advice and counsel to operations field team; balancing the role of brand representative and family member advocate.

• Manages and responds to employee relations issues and policy interpretation.

• Stays abreast of legislation and industry trends; ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations including FLSA, EEO, OSHA, FMLA/ADA, and ERISA
• 
  
•  Interprets laws/regulations affecting human resources and recommends solutions.

• Acts as a trusted resource to managers and associates on a wide variety of human resource topics and guide leaders, Field HR representatives and Family Members to people, tools, and resources.

•  Executes objectives as outlined in Zone Playbooks, Focus Markets Plans, and Strategic Optimization Plans. 
• 
  
• Assists in implementing the organization’s performance management process through coaching, educating, and providing feedback.
• 
  
• Analyzes people metrics and reporting to help understand trends and facilitate organizational decisions.
• 
  
•  Ensures and assists with on-boarding and/or acclimating support staff (i.e. new Area Managers).
