StayFit Egypt provides its clients with healthy and delicious meal plans through monthly subscriptions that deliver food packages on daily basis. We are growing and are looking for an energetic and creative Supply Chain Officer to be an instrumental part of StayFit Egypt next growth phase.
Our ideal candidate is a young caliber looking for an opportunity to prove his/her capabilities, gain new experiences, have progression opportunities, and build strong career foundation.
Job Responsibilities
The supply chain officer role is to coordinate and manage the flow of business between clients, suppliers, logistics, and other related parties. In addition, he/she will play a major role in setting and adopting the company wide policy and procedures for the supply chain function.
Orders Processing
- Receive, manage, prepare and communicate customers’ orders to production facilities.
- Receive customers’ requests and comments regarding their subscriptions and service provided and ensure proper action from related party is taken.
- Answer customer’s queries and resolve any issues/complaints related to supply chain and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse customers reviews, identify problems areas and recommend improvements to sales and marketing manager
Suppliers & Third Parties
- Manage relationship with suppliers and meet regularly with suppliers to plan upcoming demand needs.
- Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure abidance by delivery schedules and quality specifications.
- Review, process, and manage invoices and authorize payments.
- Support in resolve problems with suppliers regarding quality, pricing or scheduling.
Inventory Management - Maintain adequate inventory levels.
- schedule and receive shipments of raw materials
- Oversee the ordering and packaging process
- Monitor suppliers’ inventory levels and ensure they have enough stock to meet demand
Transportation & Logistics
- Plan delivery routes and timetables and coordinate drivers, vehicle loads and journey routes to arrange multi-delivery drop off points.
- Monitor and manage daily transportation of customer orders from production facilities to drop off locations and ensure orders accuracy, products integrity, and delivery punctuality.
- Manage transportation and delivery service to ensure compliant fleet specs. and standard professional delivery service.
