Company Brief:

Our client is one of the leading multinational companies in Shipping & freight forwarding and they are seeking to recruit a Saudi national “Senior HR Specialist” for Jeddah - KSA. Position will be reporting to HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a good educational background
• 
  
• Candidate must have 3 – 5 years of experience in all HR Functions, with a focus on recruitment and performance management
• 
  
• We have a preference towards candidates from a multinational background(Someone that showed clear progression in their HR growth and has good exposure to all practices in HR, past experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is preferred
  Basically, someone involved in succession planning, performance assessment and development, recruitment, talent acquisition, training etc.)
• 
  
• Someone professionally mature, adaptable, fast moving, hard-working, dedicated and ethical
• 
  
• Strong aptitude in grasping the concept and executing it effectively
• 
  
• An HR candidate that can evolve strategically and has strong tactical skills
• 
  
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
• 
  
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and pressure
• 
  
• Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
• 
  
• Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
• 
  
• Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign recruitments
• 
  
• Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance) and mobilization
• 
  
• Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitment documents
• 
  
• Update the Employment / Vacancies Report
• 
  
• To ensure all employee have their JDs
• 
  
• Have experience handling and coordinating contracts, procedures and documents
• 
  
• Candidate must be based in Jeddah
• 
  
• Candidate must be a Saudi national
•
