1- Review and analyses the case materials to ensure the accuracy of the judgement.
2- Identify laws that are applicable to the case and be prepared to come up with a possible way of action to handle the related issues.
3- Manage the allocation of tasks to others (such as junior lawyers, paralegals, translators).
4- Ensure that deadlines are kept, client communication is maintained, and time-recording and billing is accurate for their files.
5- allocated files and ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
6- Draft memos, emails of advice and other relevant legal documents and reports.
7- Negotiate and settle disputes on the behalf of the clients.
8- Take an active part in the meetings of the clients.
9- Keep a track of the important legal documents
10- Create and maintain a good working relationship with the firm’s clients.
11- Contribute to client training sessions, write client update briefs for public release, and attend BD events as appropriate.
