Senior  Accountant (7 Years’ Experience, Age not more than 30)

Direct Supervisor: Assistant finance manager

• 
  
• Control Responsibility: Asset Management and Human Resources
• 
  
• Review, introduce and follow up the monthly salaries issued by the Human Resources Department.
• 
  
• Review, introduce and follow-up staff allocations in conjunction with the direct supervisor and human resources
• 
  
• Review and introduce fixed assets and equipment and follow up the calculation of monthly consumption values ​​and verify the authenticity of asset classification
• 
  
• Review and introduce all exchange movements in joint work with the treasury accountant and suppliers
• 
  
• Review and enter all transactions of arrest work joint with the sales accountant
• 
  
• Reviewing and introducing bank commitments in conjunction with the treasury accountant
• 
  
• Supporting the Head of Accounts in carrying out the monthly, quarterly and annual closing tasks
• 
  
• Joint work with the cost accountant regarding the cost of the operational labour and the cost of service departments and distribution of the costs of these departments
• 
  
• To ensure the application of accounting policies for each of the procurement, sales, inventory and human resources and to raise any abuses to the direct supervisor.
• 
  
• Participate in the preparation of annual estimated budgets
•
